This is the marmalade that started the whole thing.  Navel oranges are slow cooked with dried New Mexico red chilies creating a wonderful orange marmalade with a smoky warm heat at the finish.  Great served with soft cheese and crackers.

Ingredients:  Navel oranges, sugar, lemons, New Mexico red chilies
